*We require and verify that you have lived in the same place and worked at the same place for at least two years. We also require you to have an unsecured credit card. Also the piano must remain in Mecklenburg or adjoining counties for the duration of the contract.
These are high quality pianos tuned at A440 Pitch. For rental agreements, there is a one-time Setup Fee of $350.00 for vertical pianos, or $500.00 for grand pianos. This fee includes tuning and delivery within Mecklenburg County with a maximum of four (4) steps/stairs. Any delivery outside these parameters is subject to additional charges based on our customary “Moving” fees. Setup fee and first months’ rent are due upon delivery.
