About Our Business

The following are examples of pianos available for

                           short term event  rental                                   

6' Knabe Grand

Moving Charges (within Mecklenburg County)
 $600 + $10 per step (up or down)
  Additional charges may apply for steep ramps,
   tight turns, treks across grass or gravel, etc.

    Rental Fee (includes tuning) $250

 Minimum Total Rental Charge: $850.00 (Maximum 7 Days)

 $200.00 Per Week (After 7 Days)

Minimum price is in Mecklenburg County. Outside Mecklenburg County, a charge of $8 per mile (from county line to venue) will apply.

Everett Studio Upright

Moving Charges (within Mecklenburg County)
 $400 + $5 per step (up or down)
  Additional charges may apply for steep ramps,
   tight turns, treks across grass or gravel, etc.

    Rental Fee (includes tuning) $150

 Minimum Total Rental Charge: $550.00 (Maximum 7 Days)

 $100.00 Per Week (After 7 Days)

minimum price is in Mecklenburg County. Outside Mecklenburg County, a charge  of $8 per mile (from county line to venue) will apply.

Additional equipment would be required under certain circumstances.  Conder's Piano Service can provide said equipment for an additional fee.

If piano is to be moved from the position it is placed at delivery, we would require a stage truck (dolly) to be installed and to remain on the piano at an additional cost of $100 for grands, and $60 for uprights.

If piano is to be placed on a non-impervious surface (such as grass or gravel), a plywood and carpet platform must be installed under the piano.  Conder's Piano Service can provide and install  at an additional cost of $100 for grands, and $60 for uprights.

"We usually have a small selection of pianos available for a rent-to-own agreement."

These pianos are perfect for piano students.

**We require and verify that you have lived in the same place and worked at the same place for at least two years.   We also require you to have an unsecured credit card.  Also the piano must remain in Mecklenburg or adjoining counties for the duration of the contract. 

These are high quality pianos tuned at A440 Pitch.  For rental agreements, there is a one-time Setup Fee of $250.00 for vertical pianos, or $350.00 for grand pianos.  This fee includes tuning and delivery within Mecklenburg County with a maximum of four (4) steps/stairs.  Any delivery outside these parameters is subject to additional charges based on our customary "Moving" fees.  Setup fee and first months' rent are due upon delivery.  Please call to inquire about contract details.
